Presentation Upload:

Bring your presentation on a USB stick or in another agreed format so it can be transferred to the conference room computer in advance.

Presentations should be handed in to staff in the lecture hall at least 15 minutes before your session starts.

All presentations should be in PowerPoint or PDF-version and will be run from conference-provided computers.

This allows time to check that everything displays and works correctly before your talk begins.

Oral sessions are moderated by a chairperson.

Keynote presentations: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions (30 minutes total)
Regular oral presentations: 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions (20 minutes total)

Please keep to the time limit.

Staff will provide help with uploading presentations and using microphones.
